Okay, first, and just wanna say thank you to everyone at the shop, They stepped up helping me out when no other shop would. I definitely have to give a big shout out and special Thank you to Moses, as he put a bunch of effort into my situation..way more than any other technician. He was a human being, and he treated me like one. There are so many shops that will do any and all work that comes in. Just to make a $.. usually they never give a recommendation, nor care at all. Then there's just as many shops that won't do a simple job TO HELP A BROTHER OUT because they're afraid to be sued. My situation was a vehicle emergency situation where I had planned on doing the work at my own shop. But the way things had failed an hour away from home. It was either going to be close to triple what I would actually spend compated to Doing it myself.. 3 other shops said NO WAY and STAYED FIRM AFTER I explained to them the special situation. These PRIMOVguys completely understood ME..gave me the proper recommendations and warnings, and they did it not out of spite, but simply because they were making sure that I know the right way. At that time, any other shop that would have taken this job in most likely would have just done a half ass low effort, the car out of the shop job, but not moses.He actually put forth a professional effort, even laughing when I said heck, I would just grind it and get me moving. He laughed, said no. No, we'll get it done. And I can honestly say I had more fun just hanging out with him and doing my crappy job, add another shop. So this is a 5 stars for being human. It's a five stars for actually adjusting a price and not just making bank off of somebody.That's already having a horrible time, and it's 5 stars for being communicable...proper, and an overall good guy. there's a lot of guys that would come in there and just blow smoke up his butt and then complain when something goes wrong.. so I just commend him for taking up the proper position which lies between professional technician and an understanding human .
